1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for damaged or unhealthy plants reported within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the plant must be in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase and a clear photo of the issue are required. Live plants that have been repotted, neglected, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns.

2. Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us immediately at info@leafhaven.store. Please include your order number and photos of the plant. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for plants that were healthy upon arrival but later declined due to environmental conditions or care issues. Gift cards, sale items, and special orders are also non-returnable.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@leafhaven.store as soon as possible after receiving your order.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please reach out to us quickly if you wish to cancel an order.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is approved, LeafHaven Plants will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective plants. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any other approved return.
